Hi Greg, I did check the authorization count on my Windows ME system and there are five keys on the disk so that is not the problem. I just talked to my Canadian dealer (Aroma group) and they suggested going to a used computer store and getting a used floppy drive and installing that. I told him I will not put used parts into a brand new system. Why do they think I bought a new system in the first place? It would be kind of counter productive to put used parts in a new system. I think I am coming to the conclusion FS will never! ever! ever! get another sent from me again. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. The system we bought is nothing exotic. 2.8 GHZ processor, Aopen micro ATX motherboard (not sure of the model) built in video and sound, 6 USB ports, 2 in front and four in back, CDRW and DVD drives, 1.44MB floppy drive, 120G hard drive. Nothing special here.
