HI,
You could  not be  more right.  But  one of the  tutorials  emphasized "
checking"  the  Ruler of all things
for  both Word  2 K and  for Word X P which  made  zero  senseto me also.
that is why I asked.
I also quoted the exact  sentence  about checking "Ruler"   in the post
where I asked.

I  noticed that the  numeric value for Zoom  appears to change from time to
time without one actually changing the value.
