Subject: An outlook express problem with jaws 5.10

Hi list. I have a friend who just installed service pack 2, has jaws 5.10
and windows xp home. She says that outlook express is acting weird on her.
I think someone on this list had this problem, so I was wondering if anyone
could respond with a fix for this. Here is what she says is happening.

Now I have to tab to open a message, if I enter instead it just sits on the
subject line; then if I tab to open the message I can't delete it. So, when
I get to my list, which of course comes up first, I have to find the message
I want to read, tab to open it, read it, delete it, then shift tab back to
the list. I have gone into tools and tried everything I can think of to fix
it. But so far no good. It's not a big deal, just annoying.

Hope someone can help me out here as what to do regarding this.

Thanks.
Wendy
