Alternative to Alt+Insert+S:
By using the default keyboard manager you can create your own command for
select a scheme (Alt+Insert+S). There are keyboard managers for individual
programs as well. You can create your own key combinations for hundreds of
commands. I use the various keyboard managers a lot.
