I don't think it's Jaws. At first, I thought so too. But last week, I had a friend over and showed him what was happening. He had me go to my control panel, and in to my regional and language settings. He had me change my language settings from Canadian English to United States English. That fixed my alt key problem. Another thing, when I typed certain things on my computer, Jaws was saying the wrong thing. For example, when I typed a question mark, Jaws said e-acute. Changing my language settings fixed that problem as well. I'd also like to point out that I'm using a desk top computer. I'm not sure where any of you live but try changing your language settings and see if it makes any difference. I wish all of you luck. Cheers.
