This is incorrect information. Inser2 2 on the number pad, otherwise known as insert down arrow, is the say all command. Insert 2 on the number row, which is probably what you meant, changes keyboard echo, not screen echo.

From Joseph,
I think it is in user options, I am not sure,
the best way to do this is
either do this won of two ways,
if you are in a application that you want to change it templeary,
press insert number two on the number pad.
But if you want to do it perematly,
I think you do won of the following.
When you are in the application press go configuration manager then pres user
options,
then press control and shift then go to user options and enter then use the tab
or arrow I am not positive, but check it out, tried my best.

Subject: Ajusting Screnn echo in Jaws

Hi,

Could someone tell me where in the configuration window you go to change the
screen echo to read highlighted text? I was trying out different Jaws settings
for a particular application and somewhere along the line I changed this
setting and now I can't find it anywhere. It won't read when I arrow down
through lists or menu options within the application anymore. I'm having to
ajust it with Insert+V but that's only temporary. It's very annoying. I
looked just about everywhere I can think of inside the configuration window but
I can't find anything that says screen echo. Thanks!
