Hi,

I find that the pitch for capsis not working either. There is no way to
arrow down on the choice of percentage. You have to backspace the rate that
is there and type what rate you want but I haven't gotten it to work.
Perhaps reinstalling jaws will work.

hi,

if you set your jaws at system tray, press insert+j to bring jaws screen
open. then try to do this

options/voices/global adjustment, press enter.

press tab until jaws say, "Upper Case Pitch Change percent" then adjust it
with your up & down arrow key.

the difault is 20%.
