Hi,
Yes. And, of course, the doc is not empty. Most of the docs I've been
dealing with are from a mortgage company, and they are scanned in, so they
are image files.

I doubt the document is empty. Have you tried performing OCR on it? i.e.
running it through K1000 or similar program?
