after opening the pdf document
first go to view menu alt view
down arrow to fit width
press enter to check it
then alt d for document  down arrow to
accessibility options
in the combo box
change it to
reading order left to right
and
top to bottom
then tab to start button and let it make the changes
and see if dat fixes broblem
