Pete Devasto, a blind engineer who works for Adobe Systems, provides a link to
the accessible version of Adobe Reader 9.1 and explains options in the Reader
that will give the best results when reading PDF documents with screen readers
and magnification programs.
There are also other good training sessions in the archives that you might want
to check out.
