Admin: the posting problems of late for some.

With the assistance of the Freelists.org admin, I've managed to isolate
and eliminate the problem behind people's posts mysteriously not making it
to the actual mailing list. Without going into the overly technical
details, I'll just say it was a list configuration problem dating back to
some trouble we had on this list a few years ago. I've loosened the
settings around that considerably, and people should now have little to no
problem getting their posts through. As usual, any other problems, feel
free to contact me off-list.
