It's a hidden folder.  Make sure you have show hidden files and folder 
selected in in your folder options.
My computer, tools menu, folder options, control tab to view, tab and down 
arrow the list until you come to show hidden files and folders and press the 
space bar on it.

Debbie: I do not have a foler called application data on my home XP system.
I have run a find to no avail. Before AdAware SE I was able to find my
quaranttine folder, but not now. Am running jaws 5.0. Have not yet installed
sp2.
