Steve,

It's perfectly fine if you prefer to delete those items, if it makes you 
feel more comfortable.  But, so far as I'm aware, the quarantine completely 
disables them and divorces them from your system, and renders them harmless. 
I don't think they have some special talent programmed into them for 
sneaking out of the quarantine area and getting back into your computer 
again.

I just hit control November then control mike and it says "all items
checked" then I hit control November again then I open the quarantine file
and use the jaws cursor to delete the item in the list view.
