That's great. That did happen to me with an older version; I just didn't want it to happen to you. I see. No, for the time being, they're still supporting version 1.05 with definition updates. It's all working fine for me, still. I'm running v. 1.05 in conjunction with Spyware Blaster, and my incidence of found "objects" is lower than ever. I'm okay with this, for now. And someone's working on scripts for v. 1.06, which I suppose he'll make available fairly soon. So it's all okay, I think. pywrare ----- Original Message ----- From: "Monica Lofton" <monicar_lofton@xxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, June 11, 2005 11:11 AM Subject: Re: Ad-Aware Scripts - rooting the Jaws cursor When they put out a new version, you may not be able to update your=20 definitions to the older version because they stop supporting that = version. I don't understand what you mean. I believe I said I'd "upgrade," not "update," which means installing the new version when I choose to. What am I not understanding that you're telling me here? When you hear the sound signaling spyware is found, hit control N for next. Hit control M, as in Mary, to put focus on that window with the list of items. Hit the applications key to bring up the context menu. In order to arrow up and down the context menu, you must use the Jaws cursor. So root Jaws to PC. Arrow down to select all objects and hit the left mouse button. This will select all objects, both the critical objects and the negligible ones. Now hit control N for next. A dialog box will pop up warning you that you are about to delete these items, hit the space bar on the Okay button. Done. ----- Original Message -----=3D20 From: "Yardbird" <yardbird@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, June 10, 2005 2:21 PM Subject: Re: Ad-Aware Scripts - rooting the Jaws cursor Hi Maryse,Hi, if by "Dan" you mean me, I'm afraid I'm not the one who described anything about using the Jaws cursor on AdAware. I use it with the Jaws scripts from the jfw lite programs page, and, following the directions there, don't use the Jaws cursor at all, only keyboard commands. Good luck getting the answer you're looking for. Should I root it to the PC cursor, or just use the Jaws cursor?
