I know the reason. Many times the same problem assaulted me. If you do =
not
have WinZip installed, or something to that matter, it will not =
download.
Since I installed WinZip, no more searching for file message. =20
Debbie turned me on to this problem.

seems to stall out. The box says something like "searching for file
information" and goes nowhere.
