Active X Controls Issue

Hi, When cutting and pasting items from web sites for use in e mails, I am
getting a message about active X controls turned off when attempting to send
the message or something similar.
My poking around has been fruitless so I turn to the valuable and free-flowing
help from this great list for some guidance.
