Ann,
Insert+F7 rereads the spell check when you are in the Spell Check dialog, but it brings up a list of links when you are in a document. To experience this, copy an article from the New York Times, which will probably have several links, into Word and give it a try.

For this to work, you would have to turn on quick keys with insert-z, yes??? Otherwise insert+f7 is the key for JAWS to reread spell check.
