Samara,
Do you have access to a copy of Word Perfect? Word Perfect's mail merge
feature works well with Jaws and will allow for the merging of a database of
addresses with an envelope form file and enable the printing of addressed
envelopes to be filled by correspondingly addressed letters. Of course, you
have to keep things well sorted to avoid the embarrassment of the wrong form
letter in the wrong envelope.
I missed your initial post, so hope this answers your question. I suspect
MS Word has similar capabilities. If you have further questions, let me
