Accessible E-Book readers

Hi,
Does anyone know if there are any e-book readers out in computer land which
are accessible - IE Jaws friendly?
I tried MSReader years back and could never get it to talk. There seem to be
quite a huge variety these days but I have no idea whether any of them are
worth getting.
My PC is Windows 7 if that helps to know.
