Accessible Backup Software?

Hi Folks.
I'm looking for an accessible and reliable backup program that will
mirror my system on an external drive, and update anything that
changes over time, say once a week. I'm using Win7 64-bit and Jaws 12.
Any recommendations? A couple sighted friends recommended
Achronis. Is that one accessible?
