Access violation error with Spybot

Quick question for anyone who may be able to help! I tried to install Spybot as
I've used it with Windows before. But here's the error message I get.
"Access violation at address 77F596 B5. Read of address 13D0000D."
What do I do to stop this error message can anyone help? Thanks!
