Are you talking about the buttons for play, pause, stop, rewind, etc.? Is
Flash Player itself the problem, or the website you need it for? My Flash
Player needs are minimal, so I'm hoping you can clarify and that someone
else on the list can be more helpful.

You need Adobe Flash Player, which for some reason is called Shockwave when
installed into a Firefox browser. I've found the best way to install the
current version is from this website:

http://updateflash.org
