AVG exception

I have Jaws 7.0 and windows 2000. I am getting a lot of messages stating that
"something happened with the application" and that an error log is being
created.
I am trying to stop my computer from clotting up just like I deal with prefetch
and temp files.
However, I do not know how to get to where AVG saves such error messages
neither would I know how to recognise it because I do not know what Jaws would
say.
Could somebody give us a hand with that one please?
