Hi Troy, no, the set up button has now changed to a hotkey ever since the 
inception of I believe AOL messenger 5.4.3247 or something of the sort, at 
any rate, point being is that it used to show that button in 5.0 as you had 
stated, but now it is alt-s with out the dash.
