Hi, this was not attempted through Outlook or an exchange server, but rather
by logging onto www.aol.com and reading email through its webmail interface.
This is JFW seemed to not recognize any web links pertaining to specific
messages and also specific buttons on the web page.

I was able to use the outlook web access as it is known when designed =
for exchange 5.5. When we upgraded to exchange 2000, I too was almost =
completely unable to use it. Because of a promise from MS that the next =
version (for exchange 2003) has solved many of these problems we are =
upgrading ASAP, so I'll be able to let you know more then.

Do you know which version of exchange server you have?

Chip
