Hi. Tell him to pick his favorite mail client and tell him to use that and configure it for AOL. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, July 28, 2004 1:21 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: AOL I have just received a call from a client concerning AOL. He has decided to use AOL as his Internet Service Provider. Needless to say, he is having trouble reading his mail. I know nothing about AOL as we use a network for classes and are now allowed to download AOL. He wants to know how to read, send, reply, forward, and add to the address book using keystrokes. The last time I talked with anyone concerning AOL, they used the JAWS cursor extensively. Any help will be deeply appreciated. -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
