Hi, Sorry for the cross post, An update to the Winamp Scripts is now available at http://www.jfwscripts.cjb.net by following the "JFW Winamp Scripts for = the Winamp Audio Player" link. Alternatively you can use the following = direct link insuring not to word wrap it: http://members.optusnet.com.au/jfwscripts/WinampScripts283.exe If you are using JAWS 5.0 Update (JAWS 5.0.844), you need not concern yourself with this update to the Winamp Scripts. The Winamp Scripts = V2.8.3 are distributed in this version of JAWS and so they are already = installed on your system. If you are running a version of JAWS prior to JAWS 5.0.844 and wish to update to the latest and greatest version of the Winamp Scripts, then download and install the Winamp Scripts from the above-mentioned site. What's New The following fixes and changes have been made to the Winamp Scripts in = this update. * Alt+v now correctly reports the new state of the Winamp video window. = In addition, when Shift+JAWSKey+w or Insert+Shift+w is pressed to check the status of the various Winamp windows, JAWS now correctly reports the = Winamp video window state. * You can now press JAWSKey+t or Insert+t twice quickly and JAWS will summarise the Winamp title bar in the virtual viewer. This is really = handy for checking the spelling of track titles and/or artist names, = especially if they are truncated in the Playlist Editor window, a fairly frequent = event. * There is a new function, "repeat last jump forward or backward a = specified amount of time". To use it, press Alt+j. This allows the last relative = jump to be performed multiple times using just a single keystroke without the need to constantly enter the time. Also, when you jump by a relative = amount of time, the scripts now remember the last time you jumped and fill in = the input field with this value by default. * A bug in JumpToRelativeTime (Alt+Shift+j) which meant that negative = times did not cause Winamp to jump backwards through the currently playing = track correctly has been fixed. * An error in the JAWS keyboard help description for the = SayRemainingTime function (Control+Shift+t) has been fixed. * The Winamp keystroke Control+p , used for calling up the Winamp Preferences dialog, has been enhanced to allow you to return to the = Winamp Preferences dialog when a plug-in steals focus from the Preferences = dialog and you can't return to it without resorting to manually clicking the = JAWS cursor in a visible portion of it. Some examples of plug-ins that steal = the focus and give no easy way to get back to the Winamp Preferences dialog include the Pacemaker plug-in and the Enhancer plug-in. When you have finished with the plug-in's own dialog, simply press Control+p to return = to the Winamp Preferences dialog. Returning to the Winamp Preferences = dialog keeps the plug-in you have just left as the currently active plug-in. = This is as you would expect. If the Winamp Preferences dialog is not visible = on screen, then Control+p performs it's usual task of opening it. * A bug which meant the spacebar could insert spaces in unexpected = places while typing in edit boxes has been fixed.
