Hi Shannon, I would not use the free version of the avg program. I know
there are people on here who use it, and they say they havead no problems,
but you would do much better with something like the Norton antivirus 2005.
The thing is with any anti virus program you have to keep them updated.
Don't just rely on the automatic updates that a lot of people rely on. I
always use the live update. If you are good about this, and you use the live
update, Norton will do a much much better job than the free version of the
avg.
