A very weird jaws problem.

Hi folks. I am now using a new Del Laptop computer. I'm having a big problem
with jaws getting stuck, and not allowing me to access the start menu, or
desktop. It happens periodically while using the computer. Refreshing the
screen doesn't solve the problem, it only makes it worse, if anything at all.
I'm using jaws 10. Any ideas?
