A question on the Nuance PDF reader

Has anyone had any luck using the Nuance PDF reader with Jaws.
I've tried it, but found that I could read the document but the Jaws keys 
seemed to be disabled.
Also I noticed that it would only read a five page document.
Any thoughts?
