To export:
file/export/address book and save as a text file, accept the default mapping.
To import:
file/import/other address book use text file, and accept all defaults.

How does he copy the address book for Outlook Express from his old computer
onto the new one.
What is the name of the address Book file? And
Where is it located on the hard drive?
