Thank you. This is great information.

Believe it or not, there were some techs at Freedom that told me this
could not be done.

Most Sincerely,

Mark

Hi Mark:
You could press insert+f1 while you are on the page. A help screen will
appear, which you can navigate using the down arrow keys. The message
in
the help window will tell you how many headings and links are on the
page.
It would sound something like this:
"This page contains 13 links. There are two headings." I hope this
answers
your question.

Eric

Subject: A Quick Question from Mark Regarding Web Page Information

Hello Everyone,

My name is Mark and I am new to this list.

I use JAWS 5.1.

When a Web page is first loaded, JAWS provides an overview of the page
by
saying the number of headings and links on the page.

Question: How does one get JAWS to repeat this information without
having
to close the page or browser?

I'm running XP Pro with the latest version of Internet Explorer.

Thank you,

Mark
