If money is not an issue, you might want to check out Contribute by
Macromedia. Price is around $99.00 and can be downloaded for trial from
the web at:

http://www.macromedia.com/

For something free, check out version 4.0 of Arachnophelia - I don't have
a URL at hand for this one.

Another free html editor is 1st Page from Eversoft at:

http://www.eversoft.com

There is a new version of 1st Page in the wings but don't know if it is
going to be accessible.
