6.1 CHANGES KEYBOARD FUNCTIONS

USING XP HOME WITH AN INTERNET MS KEYBOARD WITH LAP TOP LAYOUT, THIS NEW
VERSION HAS MESSED UP MY KEYBOARD USAGE. RIGHT NOW, I CAN NOT TURN OFF
CAPLOCK. I HAVE HIT THE CAP LOCK KEY ONCE, TWICE AND EVEN 3 TIMES QUICKLY
WITH NO LUCK. I USE TO BE ABLE TO USE THE NUM PAD, ESPECIALLY THE LOWER LEFT
FOR THE INSERT KEY BUT NO LONGER.
IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO TURN OFF CAP LOCK?
