hi,
the Utilities menu is in the jaws window. if you are running jaws in the
system tray press insert+j and arrow down once. the merge utility is the
first choice in the Utilities menu.

I just installed 6.0.
I am trying to merge settings but cannot find the merge utility as described
on the FS 6.0 site.
New Merge Utility Command
During installation, JAWS no longer asks you if you want to import your
settings from a previous version. However, you can still merge your settings
by
choosing Merge Utility from the JAWS Utilities menu.
Actually there is not any "utility menu" i can find.
Has anyone been able to merge 5.1 settings?
