Go 64 bit then if you plan to do a lot of tasks in one go, particularly
heavy audio or video manipulation or large file manipulations.
Personally I would go with 32 bit otherwise and I've even had problems
running JFW 64 bit on 64 bit Windows 7. So went down to 32 bit myself
and all is well and will not go back to 64 bit.
