We will use the two-column format for the time being.
You can download your source file after logging in with your
username/password (let me know if you have any issues). I had the done
the LaTeX layout for the other files--let me know if you want the .tex
file if you want to do the conversion. Or else, I can get it done for
you later.
Actually, the current (two column) style required is only
tentative--if we are ok with this, we can use it, or else if there are
any LaTeX experts amongst us, they can develop an alternative layout
and look.
