Hi. The skype scripts are free from www.dlee.org/skype. I guess that JAWS 8
might have a separate set of skype scripts from later vsions, but I don't
know. Just be aware of the possibility and see if you need to download a
version specific package.
You can try the JTunes scripts, but they are pretty expensive and might not
be necessary with the later versions of iTunes, though they might provide a
bit more ease of use.

I believe that Jaws 10 has scripts for Skipe and ITunes. Earlier versions
do not these scripts.
