If you have another older version of jaws already installed simply run it
and experiment with Excel. Verify that all is working fine.

Try once again launching the defective version of jaws and see if it still
gives you problems. If it does you might just want to save yourself the jaws
headaches and stick with what works (previous version). If you have lots of
free time then try all the suggestions posted here or simply get your
money's worth and call Freedom Scientific tech support and let them fix the
mess.

Hi Andre ,
I tried restarting jaws several times, but still no luck.

With Regards
