[jawsscripts] change the default option for reading table headers

Hello.
I would appreciate it if someone can show me how to change the default
setting for the reading of table headers that can be set temporarily in the
adjust jaws options dialog box. I want to change the default option from
table titles announced marked headers to table titles announced both row and
column headers.
