[jawsscripts] XML related questions, any help please?

Hello friends, I have the following questions related to xml object model.
1. I have 2 toolbars on a page, information is given below.
How should I be able to go to the second toolbar with a JAWS Script?
2. if there is a button, information below. which has no static aria
property, how should we find it.
3. can we select and activate a button from the toolbar?
4. If JAWS does not read a label with some element, can we tell JAWS
to read something?
Request:: if you have some scripts based on xml, please care to send
me, it is work-related, I need your help.

Button1: JAWS reads it as new, but this parameter is not always the same.

The number changes always.
