[jawsscripts] Updated JAWS scripts for Visual Studio 2005 and 2008

The scripts have been tested with JAWS 9.0, and with Visual Studio 2008 --
including the C# Express Edition. They seem to work the same as with
earlier JAWS versions (5.1 to 8.0), or with VS2005. If someone discovers
otherwise, please report the difference in behavior with a reproduceable
example if possible.
This distribution adds a custom SayWindowTitle script, JAWSKey+T, that
reads a more relevant window title than the JAWS default script. The
VBScript file for updating scripts, msenv2005.vbs, has been dropped, since
it was suspected as malware by some antivirus software. Updating to the
latest scripts remains possible by less automated means. The Elevate
Scripts command, JAWSKey+Control+F11, has been modified so that it opens
the appropriate download URL after a confirmation dialog.
A recurring question has been whether the scripts work with the web form
designer for ASP.NET development. Unfortunately, the answer is no because
nonvisual information, equivalent to that provided by the Windows forms
designer, has not been found. It is probably possible to acquire such
information through the VS extensibility model, which is not available in
the free Express Editions. We would add JAWS scripts that exploit this
COM server if someone tackles the issue. More information is available at
