I just press F6 to switch between the input and history area. When in the history area I can read the messages both using the up and down arrows but most of the time I'm reading in Braille. Communicator 2007 works ok in my opinion but let's hope future versions are even more accessible. -----Original Message----- From: jawsscripts-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jawsscripts-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Bray, Terry Sent: 8. april 2011 15:12 To: jawsscripts@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jawsscripts] Re: Scripts for MS Communicator 2007. Hello, As has been stated a number of times there are problems with communicator not all of these problems are related to Jaws but to how the interface has been designed. Being able to read the conversation window is a perfect example. I am sure that there are people on this list who might be able to do it if the incentive was there. However 2010 version is coming so how much time is anyone going to want to put in to this? It's important to remember that this program is used exclusively in the workplace and frankly given unemployment numbers that is actually a very small number of us. This discussion about communicator has come up many times on this list and to this point nobody has offered a fully accessible solution. Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help with scripts for the above Mentioned application? I use it at work and find it works Ok with the default but there are a few annoying things. Is it possible to get it to say the last message by pressing the key next to the number 1 like in Windows Live messenger? Cheers, Eddie Kitchen. __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/jawsscripts __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/jawsscripts __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/jawsscripts
