[jawsscripts] Scripts for MS Communicator 2007.

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could help with scripts for the above
mentioned application? I use it at work and find it works Ok with the
default but there are a few annoying things.
Is it possible to get it to say the last message by pressing the key
next to the number 1 like in Windows Live messenger?
