[jawsscripts] Say Highlighted

IN a bible software there is a page where you can see the search results. As
you arrow up or down the background color changes. I have set this up in the
custom highlight color but the items still don't read correctly. Most
entries are over one line long.
Maybe if there was some way to make the script pause before speaking then
get it to speak the text with the background color. Is there some way to do
this?
