For what it's worth, I downloaded the beta version this morning because of 
all the trash talk on this list.
I have one upgrade left on my sma, so why not.

I never could pass up a good argument, but I kind of like to know what I'm 
talking about before I argue.

As far as fs's customer support, it isn't as good as it used to be, but it's 
doable.

Anyway, I'll now abide by the list administrator's wishes and not comment of 
this topic again. Just wanted to say thanks for alerting me to the beta 
download and some of its features.

My final thought is this: If you don't like the features, nobody's
making you buy the product/beg an agency for the upgrade. I personally
won't upgrade to JFW13, it's a useful feature but not worth my money.
JFW12 is just fine, at least for when I rarely use JFW anyway.
