Hi,
What's the best way to say the selected text in this situation?

1. I press an arrow key in an edit field.

2. A window gets created that holds the selected text.

3. The window is not the window with focus.

4. In the window of interest, the object state is selected and the object
name is the text I want to speak.

5. When the window of interest is first created, there may not be
selected text.

Thanks.

Jim
