If ot_error is not found and script is not compiled, you need to:
Include "Hjconst.jsh"
in yur script file.
OT consts are speech output types to define the message as what, and
it also affect how the message would be present.
like: OT_error or int 13 reads the message in message voice,
Ot_user_buffer or 40 puts it in user buffer.
some of the messages can be disabled in the verbosity preferences.
OT_No_disable can't be though.
