JAWS is written in C++. doing a dumpbin /dependents on jfw.exe, I
believe V13 was compiled using Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, while 12.0 was
compiled using MS VC++ 2005. However, I'm no expert at interpreting the
dumpbin output, so take what I'm saying with a generous grain of salt.
