FS recommends against any user script files being placed there. JSX was originally developed before FS took that position, so the capability is there, and I have not eliminated it, mainly because of the amount of programming to reconfigure the GUI. I will investigate the issues you mention. Do other commands work as described or is nothing working for you? If at least some things are working, it is probably a matter of resolving how the scripts work rather than their location.
